Gernandt & Danielsson advises Balco Group AB ("Balco") in its acquisition of a TBO-Haglinds Aktiebolag ("TBO-Haglinds") operating within the renovation segment with respect to balcony construction projects in Sweden. The purchase price comprises a fixed consideration of SEK 100 million and a potential additional consideration of up to SEK 20 million. The acquisition is expected to be completed in December 2018.
