Gernandt & Danielsson advises in CIPP Technology Solutions A/S' issue of senior secured notes at an initial amount of EUR 30 million within a framework amount of EUR 50 million. CIPP Technology Solutions A/S has undertaken to list the notes on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm. The notes proceeds will be used towards the refinancing of existing debt as well as for general corporate purposes.
