Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Fastighets Aktiebolaget Trianon (publ)’s issue of corporate bonds amounting to SEK 350,000,000 within a framework amount of SEK 500,000,000. The company has undertaken to list the bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm. The bond proceeds will be used towards general corporate purposes, including property acquisitions and refinancing of existing debt.
