Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Fastpartner's issue of green bonds in the amount of MSEK 1,000 within the framework amount of MSEK 1,500. The proceeds from the bond issue will be used in accordance with Fastpartner's green bond framework for financing and refinancing of green properties as well as investments in renewable energy and energy efficiency. Fastpartner's green bond framework has received a Medium Green shading from CICERO Center for International Climate Research. Fastpartner intends to list the bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm Sustainable Bond List.
