Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Leax Group AB (publ)'s issue of corporate bonds at an amount of SEK 300 million. The company has undertaken to list the bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm. The bond proceeds will be used towards general corporate purposes.

LEAX is a privately held manufacturer of mechanical components, subsystems and customized gearboxes for the heavy vehicle industry, mining and construction industries and other engineering industries.
