Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Serneke Group AB (publ)’s issue of corporate bonds amounting to SEK 700,000,000 within a framework amount of SEK 1,000,000,000. The bond proceeds will be used towards full redemption of the company’s outstanding bond loan 2016/2019 and for general corporate purposes including acquisitions. The company has undertaken to list the bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.
