Gernandt & Danielsson advised Trustly in connection with its merger with the U.S based company PayWithMyBank Inc. Trustly is one of Europe's leading suppliers of direct bank payments. Trustly and PayWithMyBank will together form the first transatlantic account-to-account payment network. The parties have agreed not to disclose any financial details.
