Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Bayport Management Ltd’s issue of social bonds at an amount of USD 260 million, within a framework amount of USD 400 million. The bond proceeds shall be used in accordance with the Social Bond Framework to early redeem existing bonds of SEK 1,900 million and for general corporate purposes. Bayport intends to list the social bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm Sustainable Bond List.
