Gernandt & Danielsson advises Genova Property group AB (publ) in connection with a capital increase through the issue of preference shares, amounting in total of SEK 124 million. The proceeds from the issue will be used for strengthening Genova's financial preparedness for investments in and acquisitions of real property. The preference shares are listed on Nasdaq First North.

Gernandt & Danielsson's team has primarily consisted of partner Fredrik Palm and associate Pierre Olsson.
