Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Global Scanning’s early voluntary redemption of its outstanding bonds and incurrence of a new SEK 235 million credit facility from Kreditfonden

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised in Global Scanning's incurrence of a new secured SEK 235 million credit facility from Kreditfonden. A part of the loan amount has been used to finance Global Scanning's early voluntary redemption of its outstanding bonds and the remaining part will be used towards general corporate purposes. Gernandt & Danielsson has also advised Global Scanning in its voluntary early redemption of bonds, which was made on 28 October 2019.

Global Scanning develops, manufactures and markets large-format scanning solutions for the computer-aided design, geographic information systems, reprographic products, copy services and document archiving segments under the brand names of Contex and Colortrac respectively. The group also operates a 3D online sharing platform.

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised in the transaction with a team consisting of partners Mikael Borg and Sofie Viktorsson and Associate Katarina Odelberg.
