Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Heimstaden AB's (publ) issue of bonds at an amount of SEK 1,500 million, within a framework amount of SEK 1,750 million. The bond proceeds are intended to be used firstly towards refinancing of an existing bond loan of SEK 1,250 million. Such refinancing will be carried out by way of voluntary repurchase and redemption of the existing bonds. The remaining bond proceeds will be used towards general corporate purposes within the Heimstaden group.

Heimstaden has undertaken to list the new bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.
