Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Heimstaden AB's (publ) issue of capital securities at an amount of SEK 2 billion, within a framework amount of SEK 5 billion. This is one of the largest issuances of non-rated capital securities ever made in the Nordics.

The company has undertaken to list the capital securities on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm. The bond proceeds are intended to be used towards general corporate purposes within the Heimstaden group, including investments and financing acquisitions.
