Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Idun Industrier AB:s (publ) issue of corporate bonds in the amount of SEK 200 million, within a framework of 400 million. The proceeds from the bond issue will be used towards repayment of shareholder loans and general corporate purposes. Idun Industrier intends to list the bonds on Nasdaq First North.
