Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Länsförsäkringar Liv's and Länsförsäkringar Fondliv's investments in Lansa Fastigheter. In connection with the investment, Länsförsäkringar Liv becomes the main shareholder of Lansa Fastigheter.

Lansa Fastigheter's real property portfolio consists of nearly 1,500 rental apartments located in eleven various locations in Sweden. Lansa Fastigheter's current real property portfolio has a total market value of approximately SEK three billion.
