Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Nyfosa's issue of bonds in the amount of SEK 750 million within a framework of SEK 1.5 billion. The proceeds from the bond issue will be used to strengthen the company's financial position and general corporate purposes, including to increase acquisition readiness and strengthen the conditions for reaching Nyfosa's growth target of annual growth in earnings and property holdings of at least 20 percent, up to a total property value of SEK 25 billion. Nyfosa intends to list the bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm Corporate Bond List.

Nyfosa is a transaction-based and opportunistic property company. As of March 31, 2019, Nyfosa owned commercial properties with a total property value of approximately SEK 15.7 billion.
