Gernandt & Danielsson has advised John Mattson Fastighetsföretagen AB (publ) and its principal shareholder AB Borudan Ett in relation to the listing of the John Mattson’s shares on Nasdaq Stockholm. In connection with the listing, the general public in Sweden and certain institutional investors in Sweden and abroad were invited to acquire shares in the company.

John Mattson is a family-run company founded by building contractor John Mattson and is the largest residential property owner on Lidingö with close to 2,200 residential rental apartments. The market value of John Mattson’s property portfolio is slightly more than SEK 6 billion. The first day of trading in the company’s shares on Nasdaq Stockholm was on 5 June 2019. At the time of the listing, the market value of the company’s shares was approximately SEK 3 billion.
