Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Karnov Group AB (publ) and its principal shareholder Five Arrows Principal Investments in relation to the listing of the company’s ordinary shares on Nasdaq Stockholm. In connection with the listing, the general public in Sweden and Denmark and certain institutional investors were invited to acquire shares in the company.

Karnov is a leading provider of information services and products in areas such as legal, tax and accounting, and environmental, health and safety in Denmark and Sweden. The first day of trading in the company’s ordinary shares on Nasdaq Stockholm was on 11 April 2019. At the time of the listing, the market value of the company’s shares was SEK 4.2 billion.
