Gernandt & Danielsson is advising Radisson Hospitality AB (publ) in connection with the mandatory public offer that has been made to the company’s shareholders by a consortium led by Jin Jiang International Holdings Co., Ltd., including SINO-CEE Fund. The offer represents an equity valuation of Radisson corresponding to approximately SEK 7 billion.
