NEP Group has entered into an agreement to acquire HDR Sweden AB ("HDR") from Neqst and other minority owners, subject to approval from the Swedish Competition Authority.

HDR is a full service media house and production outsourcing partner for all types of live, studio and mobile events with headquarters in Stockholm and presence in Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway.

NEP Group is a global production company headquartered in Pittsburgh with offices in 24 countries.

Gernandt & Danielsson advised the sellers in the transaction with a team consisting primarily of partners Carl Westerberg and Rolf Larsson, senior associate Oscar Anderson and associates Helena Selander and Christopher Escalante.
