Gernandt & Danielsson represents Akelius Residential Property AB (publ) in its new issue of class D ordinary shares. The gross value of the offer amounts to approx. EUR 350 million. The D-shares are listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Stockholm.

Akelius is a Swedish residential property company founded in 1994, which since the start has grown to comprise about 47,000 apartments with a total property value of EUR 12.2 billion. The main focus is to manage residential properties in attractive locations in growing metropolitan cities. The company owns properties in Sweden, Germany, Denmark, Canada, England, France and the United States.
