Fasadgruppen’s shares were admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm on 9 December 2020. I connection with the listing, the general public in Sweden and certain institutional investors were invited to acquire shares in the company at a value of approximately SEK 1.1 billion. At the time of the listing, the market value of the company’s shares was approximately SEK 2.7 billion.
