Peas Industries AB (Peas Industries) has divested a 30-percent ownership stake in OX2 AB (OX2) to Altor Fund V (Altor), who joins as partner in OX2 together with Peas Industries.

OX2 is an European renewables development company. Founded in 2004, the Company has grown to become a leading independent developer in Europe.

G&D advised Peas with a team mainly consisting of partners Carl Westerberg and Corinne Ekman, Senior Associates Gabriel Zsiga and Erik Svärd as well as associate Jonathan Antonsson.
