Gernandt & Danielsson advises Heimstaden Bostad AB (publ) (”Heimstaden Bostad”) in connection with an update of its EMNT-programme, whereby the programme size is increased with EUR 4 billion to a total of EUR 8 billion. The update entails the accession to the EMTN-programme by a Dutch subsidiary of Heimstaden Bostad as issuer and that Heimstaden Bostad guarantees the instruments issued by the Dutch subsidiary under the programme.
