Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Heimstaden Bostad AB (publ)'s ("Heimstaden Bostad") issue of capital securities in an amount of EUR 500 million. The issue attracted strong interest and the book peaked at more than two times the nominal amount.

The proceeds from the issue is intended to be used for general corporate purposes.

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Heimstaden Bostad with a team consisting of partners Mikael Borg and Sofie Viktorsson, senior associate Mikael Bolling as well as associates Johan Malmsten and Jonathan Antonsson.
