Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Heimstaden Bostad AB (publ)’s (”Heimstaden Bostad”) Dutch subsidiary’s issue of notes, guaranteed by Heimstaden Bostad, in an amount of EUR 650 million under Heimstaden Bostad’s EMTN programme. Gernandt & Danielsson also advises in Heimstaden Bostad’s ongoing tender offer to repurchase existing notes in an amount of EUR 150 million of its outstanding EUR 500 million notes issued under the EMTN programme.

The proceeds from the issue is intended to be used towards repayment of short-term bank loans and to finance the tender offer.
