KG in connection with a private placement of shares in Embracer Group AB (”Embracer Group”) which consists of a directed new issue in an amount SEK 5,782 million and a sale by Embracer Group’s original co-founders of existing shares in an amount of SEK 1,471 million. The shares were subscribed and acquired by Swedish and international institutional investors.
