On 23 September 2020, XVIVO Perfusion Aktiebolag (publ) announced that the company had entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in Organ Assist B.V. for a cash consideration of up to EUR 24 million. For the purpose of financing, inter alia, the acquisition, XVIVO Perfusion carried out a share issue of approx. SEK 500 million directed to Swedish and international institutional investors on the same day.
