Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) in connection with a private placement of shares in Enad Global 7 AB (publ) (”EG7”) through a directed new issue of SEK 119 million. The new issue was subscribed for by Swedish and international institutional investors.

EG7, which is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market, is the parent company in a group of companies operating within the gaming industry, that develops, markets, publishes and distributes PC, console and mobile games to the global gaming market. EG7 is headquartered in Stockholm and has approximately 200 employees in eight offices worldwide.
