Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ), DNB Markets and Jefferies International Limited in connection with a private placement of shares in Camurus AB (“Camurus”) through a directed new issue of SEK 300 million. The new issue was subscribed for by Swedish and international institutional investors.

Camurus, which is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm Mid Cap, is a Swedish research-based pharmaceutical company committed to developing and commercialising innovative and differentiated medicines for the treatment of severe and chronic conditions.
