Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) and Swedbank AB (publ) in connection with a directed share issue in Enad Global 7 AB (publ) raising SEK 1.7 billion. The share issue was directed to Swedish and international institutional investors.
