Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) and Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Sverige in connection with a directed share issue in Enad Global 7 AB (publ) raising SEK 429 million. The share issue was directed to Swedish and international institutional investors.
