Gernandt & Danielsson advises Magnolia Bostad AB (publ) (”Magnolia”) in its issue of green bonds in an amount of SEK 550 million, issued within a total framework amount of SEK 700 million. The bonds are admitted to trading at Nasdaq Stockholm's sustainable bond list. Gernandt & Danielsson also advises in Magnolia’s repurchase of its existing bonds in a total amount of SEK 347 million.

Magnolia develops new sustainable properties, including rental apartments and tenant owned apartments, community service properties and hotels, in attractive locations in Sweden's growth areas and major cities. Magnolia Bostad's shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
