Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Carnegie, Jefferies and Swedbank together with Kepler Cheuvreux in connection with a private placement of shares in Media and Games Invest plc through a directed share issue of approx. SEK 900 million. The shares were subscribed by Swedish and international institutional investors as well as existing shareholders.
