Gernandt & Danielsson advises Compactor Fastigheter AB (publ) in its issue of bonds in an amount of SEK 300 million with maturity in 2024 and ISIN SE0016802912. The bonds are issued under framework amount of maximum SEK 750 million. Gernandt & Danielsson also advises Compactor Fastigheter AB (publ) in its issue of subsequent bonds under the bond loan 2021/2024 in an amount of SEK 50 million. The total outstanding amount under the bond loan amounts to SEK 350 million.

Compactor has undertaken to apply for admission to trading of the bonds at Nasdaq Stockholm Corporate Bond List.

Compactor invests mainly in real estate related assets, primarily through its subsidiary Fastpartner AB (publ). The shares of Fastpartner AB (publ) are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm’s Mid-cap list.
