Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Fastighets Aktiebolaget Trianon's (publ) issue of senior unsecured bonds in an amount of SEK 250,000,000 within a framework amount of SEK 500,000,000. The bond loan has a tenor of two and a half years and the net proceeds will be used towards general corporate purposes including property acquisitions and refinancing of existing debt. Trianon intends to apply for admission to trading of the bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.
