Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Fastpartner AB:s (publ) (“Fastpartner”) establishment of its medium term note programme (the “MTN Programme”).The MTN Programme is part of Fastpartner’s debt financing and allows Fastpartner to issue medium term notes in an aggregate amount of up to SEK 8 billion to the capital market, in either SEK, EUR or NOK, with a minimum tenure of one year. Fastpartner has issued green medium term notes in the amount of SEK 1,250 million with maturity in 2025 under the MTN Programme.

Fastpartner has in this context prepared a base prospectus, which has been approved by, and registered with, the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Fastpartner with a team consisting of Partner Mikael Borg, Senior Associate Mikael Bolling and Associate Simon Wetterholm. In addition, Handelsbanken is acting as lead arranger of the MTN Programme and also acting as dealer and issuing agent together with Arctic Securities, Danske Bank and Swedbank.
