Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Heimstaden AB:s (publ) (“Heimstaden”) establishment of its medium term note programme (the “MTN Programme”). The MTN Programme is part of Heimstaden’s debt financing and allows Heimstaden to issue medium term notes in an aggregate amount of up to SEK 10 billion to the capital market, in either SEK, EUR or NOK, with a minimum tenure of one year.

Heimstaden has in this context prepared a base prospectus, which has been approved by, and registered with, the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Heimstaden with a team consisting of Partners Mikael Borg and Sofie Viktorsson, Senior Associate Mikael Bolling and Associate Simon Wetterholm. In addition, Swedbank is acting as lead arranger of the MTN Programme and also acting as dealer and issuing agent together with Arctic Securities, Danske Bank, DNB and Nordea.
