Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Seamless Distribution Systems AB’s (publ) (”SDS”) issue of bonds in an amount of SEK 200 million within a total framework of SEK 300 million. The bond proceeds will be applied towards financing SDS’s acquisition of a Belgian software company, refinancing of existing debt and general corporate purposes. The company intends to apply for admission to trading of the bonds at Nasdaq Stockholm.

SDS is a Swedish software company that specialises in mobile payment services for mobile operators, distributors, retailers and consumers.
