Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Titana Holding AB (publ)’s (”Titania”) issue of corporate bonds in an amount of SEK 400 million, issued within a total framework amount of SEK 500 million. The company intends to apply for admission to trading of the bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.

Titania’s operations mainly consist of project planning, production and management of properties in Stockholm County.
