Nordic Entertainment Group Sweden has entered into an agreement with Fremantle, regarding divestment of NENT Studios.

The transfer relate to 12 NENT Studios production labels in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, which mainly produces documentaries, reality and other non-scripted content. The transaction is in line with NENT Group’s ambition to focus on scripted productions. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and approval by relevant competition authorities.
