Gernandt & Danielsson advises Volati AB (publ) (”Volati”) in connection with the distribution of its subsidiary Bokusgruppen AB (publ) ("Bokusgruppen") to the ordinary shareholders in Volati by a so-called Lex Asea distribution. All of Volati’s shares in Bokusgruppen, corresponding to approximately 98 per cent of the total shares in Bokusgruppen, has been distributed to the ordinary shareholders of Volati. For five (5) owned ordinary shares in Volati, one (1) share in Bokusgruppen was received. After completion of the distribution, Bokusgruppen have over 9,000 shareholders. Following the Lex Asea distribution, Bokusgruppen applied for listing of Bokusgruppen’s shares on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market and the trading in Bokusgruppen’s share commenced on 4 June 2021.
