Gernandt & Danielsson has on two separate occasions advised Humble Group AB (publ) in connection with issues of secured corporate bonds in a total amount of SEK 1,200 million within a total framework of SEK 1,500 million.

Gernandt & Danielsson has also advised the company in connection with a private placement of shares in the company through a directed share issue of approx. SEK 846 million. The shares were subscribed by Swedish and international institutional investors.

Gernandt & Danielsson’s team consisted of partner Mikael Borg, counsel Adrian Della Morte Pålstam, senior associate Oscar Anderson as well as associates Jonathan Antonsson and Mathilda Wallén.
