Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Magnolia Bostad AB (publ) (”Magnolia”) in its issue of subsequent green bonds in an amount of SEK 225 million, issued within a total framework amount of SEK 1,000 million with ISIN SE0015659636. The bonds are admitted to trading at Nasdaq Stockholm's sustainable bond list.

Magnolia is an urban developer that develops new residential properties primarily rental apartments but also tenant-owned apartments, community service properties and hotels, in Sweden's growth areas and major cities.
