Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Fastighetsbolaget Emilshus AB (publ) (“Emilshus”) in connection with a directed issue of preference shares and subscription warrants in Emilshus of approx. SEK 150 million. The issue was directed to the shareholders AB Sagax and NP3 Fastigheter AB.

Emilshus is a real estate company in Småland with a focus on high yield commercial properties.
