Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Novedo Holding AB (publ) in connection with a private placement of shares in the company through a directed share issue of approx. SEK 150 million. The shares were subscribed by institutional investors. The investment will be used by the company to support future growth through actively acquiring companies with driven entrepreneurs, strong market positions and solid financial track record.
