Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Svea Ekonomi AB (publ) (”Svea Ekonomi”) as lender in relation to a refinancing and additional acquisition facility to ARC Holdings LLC (”ARC”). The refinancing has been carried out in relation to certain credit facilities previously made available by Svea Ekonomi to inter alia ARC and the additional facility will be used towards financing acquisitions of debt portfolios. The financing will also be used towards repayment and repurchase of shareholder loans and preferred capital. The facilities amount to USD 110 million and are secured by way of inter alia charges over membership interests and bank accounts.
