Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Cint Group AB (publ) on its IPO and listing of the company’s shares on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Cint is a global software leader in digital insights gathering. The first day of trading in the company’s shares on Nasdaq Stockholm was on 19 February 2021 and at the time of the listing, the market value of the company’s shares was SEK 9.8 billion.

In connection with the listing, Gernandt & Danielsson has also advised Cint in the negotiations of a EUR 50 million revolving credit facility.

Gernandt & Danielsson’s team has primarily consisted of Partners Carl Westerberg and Sofie Viktorsson (financing), Counsel Pär Johansson, Senior Associates Erik Svärd, Christopher Escalante and Mikael Bolling (financing) as well as Associates Mathilda Wallén and Matteus Özer.
