Gernandt & Danielsson has advised NP3 Fastigheter AB (publ) (”NP3”) in connection with an issue of green bonds in a total amount of SEK 400 million under NP3’s existing high yield MTN programme with a total framework amount of SEK 5 billion. NP3 will apply for admission to trading of the bonds on the Sustainable Bond List of Nasdaq Stockholm. Gernandt & Danielsson also advised in NP3’s tender offer to existing bondholders in the existing bonds 2019/2023.

Gernandt & Danielsson advised NP3 with a team consisting of partners Mikael Borg and Mikael Bolling and senior associate Simon Wetterholm. In addition, Nordea Bank Abp and Swedbank AB (publ) have acted as joint bookrunners in connection with the bond issue and the tender offer.
