Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Swedbank and Kepler Cheuvreux in connection with a private placement of shares in Media and Games Invest SE through a directed share issue of approximately SEK 300 million. The shares were subscribed by Swedish and international institutional investors as well as existing shareholders.
