Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Arwidsro Fastighets AB (publ) (“Arwidsro”) in its issue of senior unsecured green bonds in an amount of SEK 300 million, issued within a framework amount of SEK 600 million. The net proceeds from the bond issue will be used in accordance with Arwidsro’s green finance framework which has received the rating “Medium Green” from CICERO Center for International Climate Research. Gernandt & Danielsson has also advised Arwidsro with its application for admission of trading of the bonds on the Sustainable Bond List of Nasdaq Stockholm. The first day of trading will be on 15 March 2022.
